Delete your account in the app
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you have saved anything you wish to keep before continuing.
- Open Murajaa AIUse the Murajaa AI application on your device.
- Sign inUse the account you want to delete.
- Open SettingsYou can find Settings from your profile.
- Select Account DeletionRead the information about permanent deletion.
- Follow the confirmation stepsAcknowledge the warning and verify your identity when asked.
- Confirm Delete My AccountConfirm the final deletion prompt to proceed.
If Account Deletion is unavailable or a request cannot finish, contact Support using the address below.
What happens to your information?
Your account and user-associated personal data are deleted or anonymized where applicable. This can include:
- Your account profile and authentication information
- Saved study notes and quiz results
- Saved AI Tutor conversations and messages
- Account-related password-reset records
Limited information may be retained where legally or technically required, including for security, fraud prevention, operational records, or backups. Deletion does not remove other users’ accounts or shared application data.
